L’histoire du Restaurant Baia del Re<\/strong> a des origines lointaines et fascinantes. Il faut remonter \u00e0 la naissance de l’Osteria Nuova qui a ouvert ses portes \u00e0 Mod\u00e8ne<\/strong> vers 1920. Ce relais de poste o\u00f9 l’on pouvait changer de monture est devenu le \u201cBaia del Re\u201d en 1928. Ce relais de poste est rapidement devenu tr\u00e8s connu, surtout gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9licieuse cuisine typiquement \u00e9milienne<\/strong> que l’on pouvait go\u00fbter autour des tables du restaurant, mais aussi pour son ambiance familiale. Il est devenu une \u00e9tape oblig\u00e9e des personnes qui passaient par Mod\u00e8ne, pour des raisons professionnelles ou \u00e0 titre priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n

En franchissant la porte du Restaurant Baia del Re, on a l’impression de remonter le temps : parquets, arcades et colonnes en pierre \u00e0 vue… L\u2019atmosph\u00e8re familiale<\/strong> que l’on respire aujourd’hui au Restaurant Baia del Re est la m\u00eame que celle qui caract\u00e9risait l’auberge au d\u00e9but du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, m\u00eame si le cadre a \u00e9t\u00e9 repens\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de la client\u00e8le contemporaine.<\/p>\n

L’excellente cuisine mod\u00e9naise est rest\u00e9e inchang\u00e9e, tout est fait maison : des tortellini aux p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches<\/strong> en passant par le carrello dei bolliti<\/strong> (NdT sorte de pot-au-feu), le \u00ab\u00a0must\u00a0\u00bb de la maison. Le menu \u00e0 la carte<\/em> utilise les produits de saison et privil\u00e9gie l’authenticit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ; il s’accompagne d’une excellente carte de vins r\u00e9gionaux<\/strong> et nationaux.<\/p>\n
